Applications are currently being accepted. By submitting an application, you understand it is for consideration only; space is not guaranteed. Please read the Vendor Handbook before entering the application process. By completing your registration, you are indicating that you have read and agree to all terms, rules and regulations as written in the Handbook.

Vendor Exhibit Space: Sell tangible goods, products, promotes business/service (lead generating).

Not for concessionaires.

Payment Deadline
Payment for approved booth space is due in full by July 1. By completing this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to this deadline. Unpaid invoices after July 1 may result in forfeiture of booth space.

Sweetwater Events Complex reserves the right to reject any exhibit booth applications.
