Dan & Shay's sophomore album Obsessed, featuring current single “How Not To,” debuted earlier this year, and follows their 2014 release of Where It All Began, which made them the first new country duo in SoundScan recorded history to debut at No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Albums Chart. The album included the debut single, “19 You + Me” which earned RIAA Platinum certification, and their first No. 1 single, “Nothin’ Like You,” which earned RIAA Gold certification.

Their first single off Obsessed, "From The Ground Up", earned RIAA Gold certification and marked their second to hit the top of the charts. They have earned three consecutive nominations for both ACM Vocal Duo of the Year and CMA’s Vocal Duo of the Year award as well as nods for an American Country Count-down Awards, CMT Awards, and Radio Disney Music Awards. Nothing More

The San Antonio, Texas-based band runs on frenetic passion, unswerving do-it-yourself spirit and sonic experimentation. Wearing their hearts on their sleeves, Nothing More is nothing less than part schizoid System of a Down weird-isms, part Mars Volta-esque prog rock freak-out, part effortless pop nous. The group’s music is capable of bombastic bounce that hits as hard as an uppercut to the jaw when they fancy it, and then just as easily the boys from the Alamo City can dial down their bluster into deft moments of crystalline beauty. It’s a gut-punching blend made all the more powerful by a keen sophistication with lyrics and a philosophical undertone which belies their years and marks them out from their contemporaries.

“When we first started, we branded ourselves on the arm after each year of touring, so we’ve got all these scars now, reminding us of the commitment we made to each other,” Hawkins confided. Those first tours, the ones that resulted in the aforementioned scars, were formative in more ways than one. As the four young men saw and experienced more of the world, their spiritual and philosophical outlook began to evolve. “That period of growth was a real struggle for us individually and collectively,” Hawkins explained, “but it made us a lot more open to other ideas and gave us a deeper faith in our own instincts. I think that reflects in our music.”

with opening act Drake White and The Big Fire

Country music fans will get a treat with the double header opening up with Drake White & The Big Fire at 7:30 pm and the hot Nashville recording duo LOCASH to follow at 8:30 pm.

Under Reviver Records, LOCASH’s Chris Lucas of Baltimore, Maryland and Preston Brust of Indianapolis, Indiana have risen to country music stardom. Their smash No. 1 hit “I Know Somebody” topped Billboard Country Airplay and Country Aircheck after their RIAA Gold-Certified “I Love This Life” single ascended to the top of the charts. Both hits are included on their new album “The Fighters”, representing their first full-length project with Reviver Records.

Drake White, front man for his group The Big Fire, has drawn inspiration from his late grandfather, a preacher with an ability to touch crowds. That inspiration, along with White’s love of the outdoors, has resulted in White’s debut album Spark.

With his gospel-derived, passionate delivery, White seems to have inherited his grandfather’s ability to touch crowds with a sermon—his divine vocal improvisations at the end of the honky-tonk flavored “Story” will get people out of their seats.
